The Store Manager leads the commercial, operational and client performance of the 886 by The Royal Mint store at Burlington Arcade. The role is accountable to delivering sales growth, profitability and a premium customer experience through exceptional leadership and operational discipline.

Working closely with the Business Director, & Head of Operations, the Store Manager ensures the store operates efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with The Royal Mint’s standards, policies, and legal obligations – including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, Health & Safety, and stock management controls.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Significant experience in a Store Manager or equivalent leadership role within a luxury retail environment
  • Proven record of delivering commercial targets and operational excellence
  • A strong understanding of AML, KYC and cash handling processes within a regulated environment
  • Experience managing stock integrity, audits and compliance processes

We are looking for people who are:

  • Exceptional people leaders with coaching capability
  • Excellent communicators with confidence in dealing with high value clients.
  • Highly numerate and comfortable using sales data and KPI’s to inform actions.
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as required by business operations.
